The reception and service were rather unfriendly, quite cold, and even felt disdainful from some employees. However, a minority of staff members provide excellent service and work in the pharmacy with a smile, saving their third star... for now. July 2022 Update: Staff changes have significantly improved the reception and service, which is now much warmer. It was about time, as I was preparing to switch pharmacies. Three stars would be an improvement if the constant staff turnover could slow down a bit! APRIL 2025: A clear change in the last few months! The staff are welcoming, competent, very helpful, and attentive. Less staff turnover makes the teams much friendlier, resulting in easier interactions for customers. Completely satisfied and hoping it continues, both for customer satisfaction and for the staff, whom I thank. A well-deserved 5 stars!

  • Very good customer service. Always able to chat with customers of other nationalities. Very nice.

It's very rare that I leave a negative review for a business, but in this case, it seems important. I went to the on-call pharmacy at Pinoy Pharmacy this Sunday morning with a prescription. It was 8:45 a.m., Sunday on-call hours, and, as in most on-call pharmacies, the exchange takes place through a glass partition rather than inside the pharmacy for security reasons. When it came time to pay, the pharmacist informed me that she couldn't bring the card reader to the glass partition, and that I would therefore have to give her my bank card so she could insert it into the reader inside the pharmacy herself (I couldn't see what she was doing with it). She came back after a few moments, told me she needed my card's PIN, and handed me a piece of paper and a pen to write it down. I told her I wasn't comfortable giving her my PIN. She replied that all her customers did it, that there was no other option, that it was either that or no medication. I asked if she couldn't use a QR code instead, which she refused. I then asked if she couldn't scan the items individually to get below the price threshold where entering the PIN wasn't necessary, at which point she got angry, took the medication back, and told me to find another pharmacy. I understand that night shifts are long for pharmacists, but I think it's important to remember that under no circumstances can a business owner demand that a customer give them their bank card and PIN.

Hello everyone, the pharmacy has reopened as it was before December, and the staff is very dedicated. I recommend going there; it's a very good experience and you'll receive excellent advice.

  • We stopped by last Monday evening and the pharmacy was full of lovely and friendly people! Thank you again for your kindness and help!
