Terms of use

The service

Wayn helps you find businesses and services in Belgium. It is free for visitors.

The information

We check listings carefully, but hours, prices and services can change. Check with the business before you go. Wayn is not a party to any deal between you and a business.

The blue badge means our team checked the business’s legal status and services on a given date; it is not a quality guarantee.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password secret. Accounts that abuse the service (false reports, spam) can be suspended.

Reports

Reports are for correcting listings. Do not include other people’s personal data or insults.

Businesses

A business can ask to correct or remove its listing at [email protected].

Liability

Within the limits of the law, Wayn is not liable for damage caused by inaccurate information from third parties or by the service being temporarily unavailable.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
