The fact that I'm taking the time (or rather, wasting my time) to write a negative review means I feel it's necessary to denounce such appalling and problematic behavior. There's no shortage of good pharmacies in the area, so you really can avoid this one. When it first opened, we were delighted with the service, the attentiveness, and the trust shown to customers. Today, it's more of a shop than a pharmacy, with a customer service approach that has become truly unacceptable. My child needed crutches after a sports accident. Since they didn't rent them, I bought a pair, trusting the quality of the equipment they offered. Barely two days later, the tip of one of them was already badly damaged. I went directly to the pharmacy to explain the situation. I also pointed out that the two crutches didn't have exactly the same tip: one was in perfect condition, while the other hadn't withstood a few hours of use over two days. I simply wanted the tip replaced. I understood that they might not be able to do it immediately. I was told they would contact the company and get back to me. I thanked them and waited for an update. Then I received an incomprehensible call. They explained that they would offer me a "goodwill gesture," while insisting that there had never been a problem with this product and that it must be due to my child's use. Except that my child is 22 years old, and if I returned the crutches less than 48 hours after purchase with a tip in this condition, it was precisely to prevent unnecessarily risky, even dangerous, use. I still don't understand the tone used on the phone, which implied fraud or, at the very least, the behavior of a teenager who had been bashing his crutch around. I was stunned. Acknowledging a manufacturing defect isn't a good business practice. It's simply basic courtesy. And as if that weren't enough, at the end of the call, they told me I had to come in to exchange it immediately, otherwise it would be worthless. So I returned with both crutches under my arm. And there, the reception was icy. Again, innuendo, suspicion, and contempt. It's unbelievable. Who's trying to get rich off a €13 crutch? A pharmacy is a place we often go to when we're feeling vulnerable: our own vulnerability or that of our loved ones. Everything there should be based on trust, gentleness, listening, and attention to what is sometimes difficult to say out loud. To damage this is to forget the primary mission of care. My family, my loved ones, and I will never set foot in that establishment again.

A pharmacy where I feel very welcome and receive advice when needed. Very large and well-maintained, with plenty of over-the-counter products available.

A very friendly team, attentive and highly competent staff. They clearly explained the reasons behind a medication that wasn't working for me, unlike my neurologist who felt he didn't have to explain anything. If you're looking for a doctor who doesn't explain things or provides only the bare minimum about your treatment, this pharmacy is for you. Precise information, clear explanations. Frankly, I was surprised to receive so much information; they are experts in their field. I highly recommend this top-notch pharmacy.
