  I've been trying to contact you several times regarding my order from March 31st (#4660), but I haven't received any response. The package is already in the Netherlands, but it hasn't been sorted for over a week. DHL has stated that the sender—that's you—is responsible for resolving the issue. This isn't just a delay; it's complete disregard for the customer. Please respond immediately and resolve the situation (investigation or refund), otherwise I will be forced to file complaints on all platforms and contact my bank for a refund. I can provide the order number via private message.

  Check prices! beware. I bought two durex brand prducts. Nice store , normal service. But after I found the same products almost half the price in a jumbo supermarket. I will never Ever buy anything on medimarket . Ever.

  I used to love to come and shop at this place as I think there are good prices, good quality of goods and some very nice staff, especially in the pharmacie. However on the shop side, the manager and some staff are super patronizing, condescending and rude. They shouldn't work on customer service! Really bad experiences the last few times I have been here

  Unpleasant experience. I was a regular customer but I am considering not coming back anymore. I was asked today to open my purse when I was leaving the store. I had there two products that I just paid for a few seconds earlier. But the lady who was checking my purse was asking where did I get those product from because they have the same products at the store (despite that I just paid for them in front of her). Of course I had the bill… Is this even serious?
