  Disastrous Customer Experience at D4-Pharma on September 13, 2023. I'm generally used to the professionalism and efficiency at Decagny, but I was persuaded by several female colleagues to try D4-Pharma, largely thanks to the reassuring and professional demeanor of the African gentleman usually on duty. However, this visit was a complete disaster! I arrived in a hurry, and to my surprise, I found a small, unattractive blonde employee chatting away for a full 10 minutes, recounting her life story. My initial calm quickly turned to dismay. Her appearance was as unwelcoming as her attitude. Her face was as warm as a prison guard's, but that was just the beginning of my troubles. She turned out to be unable to read the name of the medication I was looking for. Even worse, she didn't take the initiative to offer a solution: "We don't have that in stock anymore, I don't know how to order it." Her limited speech was clearly unsuitable for a receptionist position that requires a certain level of professionalism. Aware of this person's obvious limitations—physical, intellectual, and interpersonal—I felt extremely uncomfortable, even frightened. She has a frightening side that shouldn't be tolerated in customer service. I plan to personally contact the manager to bring this recurring situation to light. My parents have also had communication problems with this employee. The young African man who worked there previously was so charming. Why not look for a similar profile? Polite, professional, reassuring, able to offer solutions, and with intelligent speech that puts customers at ease. This would benefit both the pharmacy's image and the customers :)

  Disastrous customer service, the woman spoke rudely to me because she didn't have the medication in stock, it's not my responsibility to reorder, if she doesn't know how to run a pharmacy, that's no reason to be aggressive towards customers.

  Dishonest manager. I had my €5 discount, and as if by magic, my €5 disappeared. The employee, who is of African descent, verbally attacked me, saying I had used it, which was false. I called the manager, who told me on the phone that if there had been a mistake on their part, I would be entitled to compensation. When I was back with the same employee, he made a racist remark, and when the manager came, he defended his employee. I never received my compensation. They're the ones who operate the computer, so they're the ones who removed my discount. A computer doesn't operate by itself.
