The doctor was very nice, but for the follow up meeting they cancelled my appointment and proceeded to tell me that they will not rebook because there is no availability 😵💫

On June 13, 2023, I was terribly addressed by two annoyingly disrespectful female nurses at the reception on the third floor. Their behavior is so childish, non-professional, and abusive. They mock their patients, lack common decency, and exhibit poor communication skills. They brought shame and disgrace to their colleagues and, above all, to the Belgian health care system. They should either be fired or sent to school to redo the training from the beginning.

For the sake of having your clinic in Brussels center, please have someone who speaks basic English. it is really difficult to communicate and ask for an appointment. I called 022218711 to make an appointment. she was so rude and cut off the call when said do you speak english?. worst ever.

The receptionists at the 2nd floor are the sweetest they have a good heart

It’s incredible, how every time I go there the receptionist is so rude or condescending sometimes both. all of their receptionists are like this. I heard so many people complaining about it but they seem to not care.
