  When it's open, it's an OK pharmacy. But you can never count on them being open. For example, on Saturdays as per Google maps they are open until 17:00, but today when we went there at 15:00 they were already closed. And that happens all the time.

  Very unfriendly and already closes at 18h45. They just tell you to that they won't serve you. Disgusting. Feels like a supermarket with rude employees

  I've been a customer of this pharmacy for over 15 years. While they've been a bit slow in recent years, I've never had a problem with the staff, who are quite competent. However, this isn't the case with one of their colleagues, a Black woman who wears dark glasses. She's truly incompetent. At first, I thought she was probably new, so it was understandable. But after about three years, I've found she's still just as incompetent. I went to the pharmacy to buy my usual Voltaren 1%, and she gave me the 2%, insisting it was the same, with no difference, and that the 1% was no longer available. I explained that I take it every month and that, no, it's not the same thing. One of her colleagues had to intervene and show her that there was indeed Voltaren 1%. How can a pharmacist make this kind of mistake and be unaware of the existence of this well-known product? And this isn't the first time I've had this kind of problem with her. And unfortunately, it's always her colleagues who try to cover up her mistakes.
