Extremely disappointed: non-professionalism at its worst. I had an urgent medicine to take in the morning and i had called in advance this pharmacy over the phone to order the medicine and took an appointment in the morning to pick it up. At 8am I go to the pharmacy and they are closed and don’t pick up the phone. I wait until 8:30 and no signs of life. Unacceptable. I hope their lack of professionalism make them go bankrupt. Not to be trusted in case of need !

I have been buying medicines from this pharmacy since I came to Belgium. I am very pleased with their interest. I am also very pleased with their promptness in answering my questions. I do not even look at the bad comments. Be ethical, be fair.
