  Error in the dosage of the dispensed medication (Medication for post-operative thrombosis, therefore very important, but I received a lower dosage than prescribed) Error in the dispensed dressings (He gave me 5 when the prescription stated "dressings for 1 month") Error in the number of boxes prescribed (He hadn't "seen" all the prescriptions on my ID card. As a result, he didn't dispense or order everything) Error in dispensing the ordered medications (After my second visit, he told me I had no paid or pending medications...even though I have the receipt, and I had 2 medications pending) I must have noticed all these errors myself. Because I have access to my prescriptions online and I can read. Imagine someone who doesn't understand French and isn't comfortable with new technologies? I was unable to walk following I had knee surgery (2 days post-op). He forced me to come to the pharmacy to sort out the problem. No apology. No offer to bring the medication home. He even denied that I called him to ask for a solution. I had to show him the call on my phone. I don't know if it's negligence, stupidity, or some kind of mental disorder that's clouding this man's judgment. I'm talking about the manager. A guy who looks like some random uncle on a bender. Not the other employees.

  Excellent experience during an on-call shift. The pharmacist quickly resolved our problem in the middle of the night for a medication that was out of stock at all the on-call pharmacies. Following his advice, we were able to ask the emergency room doctor for an alternative and relieve our daughter's discomfort. Many thanks again.

  Great pharmacy! The owner seems stern at first, but he and his team are friendly and helpful. They give you all the advice you need for your medications or treatments.

  Very satisfied, excellent staff who provide the best advice and, if you ever have a problem, redirect you to the right alternative services. They listen to your needs; honestly, I wouldn't change them. I'm writing again because I've moved to a different town, but I still go to the same pharmacy. After trying the pharmacies in Anderlecht, I still can't find the same level of service elsewhere. I'd like to say hello and thank them for their professionalism and the warm welcome they give their customers.
