  • I was looking for an on-call pharmacy and I chose this one. I received a wonderful welcome, and the pharmacist (Mr. Mohammed, whom I thank in passing) took the time to inform me about a series of medications I needed for an operation. This pharmacy takes the time to listen to its patients (even if they aren't regulars) and isn't so focused on profit that the service becomes rushed. I highly recommend it!

  • It's a real shame I can't give 0 out of 5. Your "pharmacy" doesn't even deserve 1 out of 5. Once again, I come to you (I suffer from heart and lung disease) for an urgent medication that, of course, you don't have (one wonders what stock you have) and that needs to be ordered. You tell me to come back tomorrow, which I do. Upon arriving at your pharmacy, everything is closed; no notice on the door, and you don't answer the phone even though I ring during "available" hours. As a result: I don't have my medication, I can't get it elsewhere since my prescription is registered with you (on order), and I have no information about what happens next. You are a disgrace to the pharmacy profession. (And unfortunately, this isn't the first time.)

  • Hello, following my phone call on July 8th, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your pharmacy. My friend, a Ukrainian refugee who is also pregnant and exhibiting all the symptoms of Covid-19, came to your pharmacy with a CTPC code to get an antigen test. However, the person who received her categorically refused to test her and referred her to a testing center at the Gare du Midi train station, which has been closed for several months. You failed to provide professional service to this distressed and ill citizen; this constitutes failure to assist a person in danger, and this is not the service expected of a pharmacy! I would like to inform you that we will be reporting this incident to the appropriate authorities.

  • This had been my go-to pharmacy for almost five years. I switched; I no longer go there because the service hasn't been what it used to be. You have to order everything and wait until the next day or the day after. As I have limited mobility, I'm forced to do everything by phone. It takes an average of nine calls before getting an answer, only to be put on hold for 40 minutes. The pharmacists chat with their friends about vacations, babies, products, and even cheaper pharmacy items from online retailers. Another experience (dangerous for some): they mix up the treatment instructions and stick the labels on the wrong packaging. It's a shame for this otherwise welcoming pharmacy. --------------------------- 24 hours after this comment, the pharmacist contacted me to apologize for the problems of the past few weeks. After discussing it, I think it's appropriate to contact patients directly. For this reason, I'm changing my rating from 2 to 3 stars. We'll see if the service improves in the future... So, we'll wait and see. Thank you for your concern and diligence.

I've been going to this pharmacy for over six years now and I've always received excellent service and advice! Plus, it's located near the city center, next to the flea market. I highly recommend it!
