I attempted to contact CHU Saint-Pierre - Site Alexiens by phone on several occasions. The call system provides options in French and Dutch, which is at least more accessible than French-only services. However, despite following the instructions and selecting different options, I was not able to reach any department. The calls simply did not connect. In a hospital setting, reliable communication is essential. A phone system that does not successfully connect patients to the appropriate service creates unnecessary difficulty, especially when trying to obtain medical information or assistance. While the presence of multiple languages is appreciated, the overall experience was frustrating due to the lack of actual connection. I hope the phone system can be reviewed to ensure that patients are able to reach the departments they need without repeated unsuccessful attempts.

the staff, in this case 6 th floor is very caring and nice the elevators never work properly, this causes a lot of misery for visitors the ground floor desk workers are not friendly no Dutch spoken anywhere, this is unlawful, and very upsetting for vulnerable people.

A Brussels hospital called Ceaser de Pape. Do not confuse this hospital with its sister hospital Saint Pierre at Porte de Hal. Prices are much more reasonable than other Brussels' hospitals. ENT-ORL doctor was did their job,, and seemed knowledgeable, but the 10 min appointments were rushed. I had have to persist to get my point across in each consultation to get them to listen, because they seen uninterested other than performing their own diagnostics. However in some cases it was worth it and got good results (ENT/ORL doctor was good). Breast Clinic: Quick to action. Solver a few problems. Recognised as an official breast cancer clinic in Belgium with a multidisciplinary team. MRI and CT scans were good. Pleased with service but the CT scan image resolution was low. Urinology dept (wrong name but have forgotten it) were very good. The all female team put me at ease during a painful examination. Recommend making appointments in person because switchboard had long waiting time. Many doctors speak English, but not for appointments. Sign posts to departments seem haphazard and open to interpretation, but seems to be the same in so many hospitals in Belgium ( except for Sint Michel in Etterbeek). But the sign posting has improved.

Been there for ORL , the Doctor was very nice and considerate, the staff dont speak English though. The rates were also quite less to other hospital. Online booking system is good.

Like most Brussel hospitals, awful expierence. Unable to make an appointment and constantly redirected and asked to call at another time. Als never been able to talk in English nor Dutch (one of the official languages of BE), only French speaking.
