  Absolutely terrible place. Toxic service and outright hostility. I just walked out of this place and will never return. I deliberately chose this pharmacy over the large Medi-Pharma next door to support a smaller local business. Big mistake. I asked the woman working there whether they had a clarifying shampoo. She was inattentive and disinterested. They did not have it, fine. I thanked her and continued browsing on my own. I was quietly reading labels and double-checking translations on my phone to avoid buying the wrong product. I was not speaking to her. I was not asking for help. I was standing on the other side of the shop. Suddenly, she approached me and said that I was “bothering them in the back” by looking around. Excuse me? What kind of service is this? A customer has every right to browse, read labels, and take time to decide. This was pure hostility, not service. I told her very clearly that her behavior was inappropriate, toxic, and unacceptable, and that if she had personal issues, she should not take them out on clients. After my reaction, she attempted to rewrite the situation, claiming she was “trying to help.” She was not. This was not help. This was rudeness, intimidation, and a complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, I overheard another customer returning because she had given him the wrong product. I used to go to this pharmacy because my office is in Schuman. Never again. Very limited product range, combined with aggressive and toxic behavior. Places like this disappear for a reason. Avoid. Medi-Pharma won my purchase and my heart with their excellent and friendly service.

  Zero discretion - announced out loud (with other customers present in the pharmacy) what are my medicines for. I know it already, that’s why I am in the pharmacy. In addition, slow and unhelpful service

  Very poor service!! Came in for a Covid test as was traveling the folowing day. It costed me 26€72 plus the cancellation of my whole trip as i coudn't cross the border. Do not go there, this place is not reliable.

  I bought a few vitamins and medicines for my baby. The lady was very helpful and fast. She even gave me one of the baby gift boxes.

  Very friendly service, great advice. They never try to sell you the most expensive products and rather advise you about different options, which I really appreciate.
