Unpleasant person and charges extra fee on top of the medicament price. Since the moment you enter you are treated like an idiot and madam behaves as the superior human being. While the woman was serving me, she was on the phone ordering a taxi or something. I didn’t receive a receipt and when I returned next day to pick up my order I requested a receipt, which seemed like an immense inconvenience for her, and I also noticed then that I paid 2-3% more then the product price on receipt was. Never coming back. There is much better pharmacy just across the street.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a pharmacy. The woman working at this store was extremely rude and unreasonable. When I politely inquired about a product, she gave me misleading information just to make a sale. Later, when I returned to request a refund for the unopened product, she refused using absurd excuses – such as, “I’ve already ordered a new one and don’t want two of the same item in the store.” This is a pharmacy, not your personal home. Refusing to accept a return of a sealed item just a few days later shows complete disregard for basic customer rights. She refused to communicate properly and did everything she could to avoid taking the product back. I strongly urge others to avoid this store. There are several reputable pharmacies nearby – go to one that respects customers and follows fair business practices. Don’t pay for her hostility and bad intentions.

Avoid at all cost. Doesn't want to provide a receipt, I go back the next day to have it for my mutuelle, and see that she charged me 4€ more that what is indicated on the receipt. It's theft, simply. Police will be informed asap

Charges more than twice the price of other pharmacies in Brussels.

They try to over charge me by 20% because I wanted to pay by card. I left immediately and never coming again
