It's a place to find anything but small

I used to go to Marie Ducarme, who was incredibly friendly and always listened to me. Unfortunately, she closed down, so I went to Roufosse! My goodness, the manager never stops with her comments! Oh! But there are so many medications, etc... Seriously, she doesn't know anything about my health issues, and the doctors know better than her what's wrong! She's really unpleasant. However, there are two employees who are super friendly and give excellent advice, especially when I had my second hip surgery! They helped my son find everything I needed; they're truly wonderful. Today, my son had to pay for the small bag to put four boxes in, lol. I didn't know you had to pay for the small bags. In short, my doctor is on maternity leave and won't be back until January 2027, so it's normal that she gave me prescriptions until January... wow, when my son told her everything that's on the ID card... Her heart must have stopped for a bit, so in the end, she gave me a 3-month pass. But I've had enough of the unpleasant things the manager said to me over the years, and I'm going to collect all my paperwork. That's it, I'll never set foot in that pharmacy again. She's always eager to know what's wrong with you... but I'll never confide in her. On the other hand, the other pharmacist who moved away knew all my health problems and was a good listener. This pharmacist has been making disparaging remarks for far too long, and in front of everyone in the pharmacy. My son and I are fed up with her comments, and I'll go somewhere else, even if it means going somewhere else. Once, I went to a pharmacy near the Delhaize supermarket (near my doctor's office), and wow, what a lovely welcome! She'd never seen me before, so I'm going back there. It's sad because there are two really nice employees at Roufosse, but we just can't stand the manager's attitude anymore. Okay, for those who like this pharmacist, go ahead and try it, and I hope you get the employees and not the manager, especially if you suffer from several illnesses, because the prescription list will be long... ouch! The moralizer will lecture you... but it's not normal to prescribe so many medications and blah blah blah in front of everyone... Don't justify yourself, it's medical confidentiality...

Karine and her colleague are truly two exceptional women. They are attentive, compassionate, and always strive to find the best way to relieve your discomfort when you are ill. Both are very professional. The pharmacy has a friendly, family atmosphere.

The tall, elderly blonde woman who sighs when you ask her for information, or who takes too long to find your card—I'll never set foot in that place again. The pharmacy on Place Miroir is much more welcoming and friendly.

I am deeply disappointed by my experience at Roufoss Pharmacy. I witnessed an elderly woman, visibly ill and having difficulty speaking French, being treated extremely rudely and aggressively by the pharmacy staff. Not only did this woman not receive the help she needed, but she was humiliated and forced to leave almost in tears. It is unacceptable to see such a lack of empathy and professionalism, especially in an environment meant to provide care and support to sick people. I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy if you are looking for caring and respectful service.
