I was rather worried by the negative reviews here, which mostly regard the Emergency Service: years ago I had to recur to it and can confirm that it was chaotic and bad. But the hospital departments of Gynecology, Breast Clinic and Radiology are excellent. The booking of medical visits and exams can be done over the phone or at the counter and, when you arrive there you can pay in automatic machines: you insert in the machine your ID card, it tells you the planned visits in your name and you can pay. It takes 10 minutes max, no waiting line. After paying, the machine gives you a ticket with a QR code that you should scan in the waiting area, so that you know to which visiting room to go and how many people are before you to see that doctor. You can also do the same process to the normal counter with people, who are extremely kind and helpful, able to speak French, English and Dutch. All the doctors I have seen in the Gynecology, Breast Clinic and Radiology dpts were very professional, highly competent and super kind and compassionate. A sincere thanks.

Humiliating experience. This review concerns the emergency service. Never go to the emergency room at night. They let all patients in the emergency department wait for hours. I was first examined by a paramedic, then by a nurse, and after five hours, there was still no doctor in sight. It is important to note that there was not a single "red code" (critical case) at that time. All of us patients had to wait because there was not a single doctor in the hospital. After 5 hours of waiting, I decided to leave. Scandalous.

A few months ago i learned about this Clinic, from a friend's recommendation. I had the surgery for my back 2 days ago and i can only appreciate the work, the care, the involvement of everyone working here. I am walking almost pain-free tomorrow after years of immense pain. Thank you all: dr. Ciobanu and the anesthesist's surgery staff, the kind medical assistants from the 4th floor. Kind regards to all of you, thank you for your care! Respectfully, Laura

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this emergency service. Regardless of the patient is a 11 months old crying and suffering, The response was unacceptably slow, and the lack of urgency was shocking given the seriousness of the situation. Communication was poor, and I was left waiting without any meaningful updates or reassurance. The staff came across as indifferent and unprofessional, making an already stressful situation even worse. After waiting for 3hrs the staff came and announce there will be more delays and whoever wants to leave must inform the receptionist and leave. When people call an emergency service, they expect prompt, competent, and compassionate assistance—not delays and poor service. This experience has seriously damaged my trust, and I hope significant improvements are made so others don’t have to go through the same ordeal. I cannot recommend this hospital based on my experience.

My experience of the emergency room confirms that that of the previous reviewers: it’s a dysfunctional system. I left untreated after 2.5h without anyone even taking notice.
