I can only agree with what everybody says in the reviews. The old man who works in the pharmacy is incredibly rude and 100% unwilling to help. I was seeking his advice but he could not care less about it, and made that very clear. Never have i felt so mistreated in a pharmacy. I ended up leaving the pharmacy without buying any of the products i wanted. And i was not the only one: The client after me, who witnessed the situation, ran out of the pharmacy a few seconds after me - also without having bought anything. He told me that the man was equally rude and unhelpful with him. We went to the pharmacy next corner together then, where we were well treated. If this pharmacy intends to sell things, i recommend reconsidering the staff situation

Very bad experience here. The old man at the reception was rude to me, saying loudly the health issue I had and he told me that medicine was not on the ID (while it was - confirmed then by another pharmacist). He checked the needed from the list the doctor gave me and made me pay full price, giving me wrong things - cream instead of a pill!

When it is apotheek van nacht, they don't allow you inside and serve via a ridiculously small window and we have to wait outside in the cold. Why can't we just get inside?

Simply unhelpful: pharmacies are obliged to mix antiobuotics but they simply refuse to do it. The senior gentleman behind tge counter confuses humour with client service and education. Not to mention it's my third time there and it's more expensive than neighbouring pharmacies. Avoid!

very rude and aggressive. Don't know how this is a qualified pharmacist - gave the wrong medicine (different strength than indicated on prescription) and then got angry when we pointed out this was not the right one.
