  overal the person behind the counter was friendly, I came there for a nose spray. But when asked about the specific product I wanted when I was about to be sold a more expensive and less effective product (for me), the worker got a bit hesitant. They looked at me as if I was some kind of addict and started asking me what age i am... this is a product you can use from 12 years old... so it was a bit ridiculous since I am an adult. I didn't look great, and wasn't dressed nicely because I am sick. The worker started implying that this product was waaay to harsh and i shouldn't buy it. It is my doctor who has told me i can use it and i have used it in the past. When i said this, i got looked at in silence and then just the same thing was repeated. During all of this I was being stared at as if I just had asked for all the drugs they have when I simply came in for a solution for my clogged nose. I don't really appreciate being looked at that way, nor questioned like that/the product not being given right away. I don't know if it was because I chose a less expensive and more effective product than the one proposed by them, or if it was my choice of product and the way I looked that gave them this impression but I know that I for sure won't be returning.

  If I could leave 10 stars I would! I don't know the pharmacist's name who was there on the afternoon of 6th June 2024, but I'm really thankful for him! He was so helpful and kind! I walked into the place in such pain, as I managed to injure my knee during my travel, and I needed knee support and some cream for pain. He helped me a lot even to find the right size for my knee, didn't even rush me (he was so patient and polite), and saved my holiday! Please let him know that I really appreciate his efforts, and wish the best in life!!

  Great customer service and full of stock. Staff speaks English. There online timings say the are open 9am to 7pm but they are operating 247. Give them a call to confirm any time

  5 stars pharmacy for the kindness of the team, professional and verry helpful. Also, You can find all you need in medical, paramedical and cosmetic products. I recommend!

  Extremely bad pharmacy, do not go here! I went there to buy cough sirup and when I got home I discovered they sold me some homeopathic stuff (which is basically water) for a very high price. I'm extremely disappointed and will never return here. I recommend you don't either, there are real pharmacies nearby.
