If hell exist it must be here. They don’t care at all. Only busy with themselves and how to avoid to work. In the same the university is mixed in the hospital so patients have no place at all. Priorities are the students.

Arrived 15-20 prior to my appointment. Pulled C102 at registration, the screen was on C67. It took 30 mins to check in. Which made me 20 mins late for my appointment. Dr. Bondue had the worst attitude, even after explaining the issue with checking in. He said it’s like the airport…I take that to mean I should arrive an hour early??? I was told he only had 5 mins for me. He said for seeing a patient the first time, he typically needs a 1hr appointment. I said that we could reschedule. The attitude continued while he asked me questions. At that point, I mentally checked out and told him this will be my last appointment here. Other things were mentioned about the process of my care. He then asked if I wanted to still perform the test I was there for. I said no. Not with this attitude. I will not be subjected to this when I arrived early enough to check in. I see why this hospital has less than 3 stars.

Very horrible reception on entrance employing only garbage there asking to speak French or Dutch like you need on emergency based on language. There especially a old guy so disgusted to come at work. The worst hospital in Brussels

I have sent a request for an MRI over a week and half ago. I have still not been given an appointment. And you cannot make appointments over the phone.

They first said they do not speak English, but the moment I pointed out that refusing service based on language is not acceptable, they suddenly could communicate in English. Very unprofessional. The instructions for reaching the MRI are useless. In the middle of the night you are left searching for the entrance to with no light and no signs. If you want to drive around the hospital two times trying to guess which dark entrance is the correct one, good luck. Let’s check the instruction: - > Attention, l'accès apres 20 h se fait via le parking radiothérapie suivre la plaque "accès irm nuit" While email says “accès irm nuit”, while the entrance table on site says “mrn soire”, which is not the same and only adds to the confusion. You have to drive to the back of the building and search for a dark sign that says “private parking radiology.” The barrier there is closed, which is extremely confusing and looks like you are not allowed to enter. You then have to use the telecom system to ask them to open the barrier, and only then can you reach the correct area. -> L'examen se déroulera à l'Institut Bordet, au service de radiologie, situé à l'étage -1. Which floor is which floor? How is anyone supposed to know without entering the building first? After 8 it’s not possible to enter the building through main entrance. Overall a confusing, stressful, and poorly designed experience. Not recommended.
