I went to this pharmacy to ask for insulin for my mother, but they refused to give it to me unless I paid full price. I had to go back several times to prove that my mother had the insurance coverage and, finally, the prescription, which had been rewritten several times by the family doctor... When it came time for reimbursement, the cashier told me that my mother had an outstanding balance on a cream from 10 months ago that supposedly hadn't been paid off, so of course, they deducted that amount from the insulin reimbursement. 🤨 I don't believe this story since they refused to give me the insulin, which is free with the insurance coverage, so they would never have given me that cream on credit... It's incomprehensible and without proof, so I'm very disappointed by this behavior! It's unacceptable!

The staff and managers are highly professional and dedicated to providing the best possible service to patients. They are pharmacists in the truest sense of the word! Negative comments can only come from people who are unfamiliar with the Belgian drug dispensing system or who don't know what a compounded medication is.

A very good little pharmacy. Friendly welcome, attentive to customer needs. They take the time to give sound and relevant advice. If a medication is out of stock (usually due to the manufacturer or distributor), they will offer you another product with similar effects.
