Helpful, not usually too busy, and effective. In the 44 years of living in this commune I have never had a problem.

When things are done well, it's important to acknowledge it, and that's clearly the case here. The Rixensart municipal services team is one of the best I've ever seen. There's practically no waiting because they're efficient, not to mention charming, welcoming, and always smiling. Well done to everyone, and above all, keep up the good work! The entrance is at the back! Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. I expected a nicer building and a more welcoming reception area.

The municipal service works very well. Okay, like unfortunately all public services, the opening hours are difficult to reconcile with a full-time job. But I've never had anything negative to complain about. - Charming and efficient staff. - Virtually no queues; I've generally spent less than 15 minutes on all requests. - Attentive to specific requests: I forgot my driver's license when leaving for vacation, and within the hour they wrote me a certificate confirming I was in compliance and emailed it to me to help me while I was there. Really, the service works extremely well for the community. All the negative reviews are irrelevant.

The urban planning department is a disaster. Between inconsistency, opacity, lack of professionalism, bad faith and incompetence, the latter in particular on the part of the man at the reception desk, an extremely unpleasant person; everything is done to discourage citizens from submitting a file and ultimately, the word "service" is only found in its name.
