really bad in the first time The lady in Ausländer amt is super nice and helpful she knows what she is doing. But one of the young girls super rude and with attitude and super unprofessional. Try to get termin with the professional one.

I was there today as a Belgian living abroad. 😊 Making an appointment and getting information about an ID card was easy and quick to do online. We arrived much too early and waited outside. A very friendly receptionist came out to us, invited us in, and said we could sit and wait until they opened. (That would never happen in Germany.) Both receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful. My caseworker was simply fantastic. Very friendly and totally relaxed, we had the application for the new ID card completed in about 10 minutes without any major red tape. I've never experienced anything like that in Germany. I can pick up the new ID card within a day. The price for the ID card is apparently extremely high. There is ample parking, as well as seating outside the office. I would gladly use them again. 👍👍👍

The new building is beautiful and very inviting! The staff in the various departments are very friendly and competent; however, someone at reception urgently needs further training in "friendly reception and professional customer service"! It's a shame, because this behavior has a very negative impact on the first impression and the mood of visitors entering the town hall!

It's quite bureaucratic when it comes to appointments. To pick up a passport, which only takes 2 minutes, you have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment!

Very friendly staff, both at reception and in the office itself. Very professional and competent. Unfortunately, they were a bit overwhelmed by the influx of people (which I can understand). Top service, thank you.
