  Friendly, patient, and responsive staff. Very pleasant, spacious, and airy premises. The waiting room is well-designed, as is the ticketing system. Thank you so much for making this community so welcoming!

  The staff are helpful, but the lack of personnel is noticeable. It takes nine business days to get an appointment to register a birth. Without a birth certificate, there's no paternity leave, and the mother can't submit her claim to her health insurance provider to receive benefits. If the municipality already takes nine days to schedule an appointment, one can easily imagine the additional delays with the health insurance provider. This is an area that definitely needs improvement.

  A warm welcome and dedicated staff at your service. A bright and well-decorated space. Ample parking at the rear and accessible parking in front of the entrance. Let's never forget that when something is good, we should also say so.

  Splendid. I didn't believe administrative paradise existed. I'm blown away. Administration usually inspires mistrust and stress in me. But here, I no longer have the unpleasant feeling of being caught in some insane machine. The reception is attentive, friendly, and professional. The services run smoothly. Above all, the staff are real people. Courteous, friendly, and there to help you personally. Incidentally, I mentioned in passing that I was having trouble with the Walloon administration's Cerberus database. To my great surprise, I was advised to meet with a digital manager. What fantastic help! In two stages, taking the time to do so, this gentleman saved my life. I still don't know if this digital visibility will lead to anything, but this help has greatly relieved me. I was frankly at my wit's end and depressed, and I received the necessary IT support. In short, if the organization is good, it is the involvement, kindness and competence of an entire team that brings joy.
