  I had a very good experience with this pharmacy before: the team was professional, friendly, attentive, and the welcome was truly warm. Unfortunately, since the change in management, I find the quality of service has declined. The welcome is less welcoming, and the attentiveness seems less evident. I hope improvements can be made, as it was a pharmacy I greatly appreciated.

  I've been a customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years without any problems until now. However, the service has deteriorated significantly since the arrival of a new employee. His haughty attitude and lack of respect for customers are unacceptable and make me not want to come back. I'm switching pharmacies with regret.

  I've been a customer for 14 years. There used to be two very kind and helpful girls, and we were very happy. But now there's a young man who speaks rudely to customers. I asked for a baby nasal spray just for a stuffy nose. He told me, "I don't know what you're waiting for to go to the emergency room" (my child is perfectly fine, just has a stuffy nose at night).

  As a loyal customer for years, I am very satisfied; the staff are simply amazing, attentive, very friendly, and above all, very professional! Even though I recently got married and live outside Brussels, I still go there regularly and I can't bring myself to change pharmacies!
