The pharmacist refused to do the calculation for my child's antibiotics; he only made a guess when I insisted, and even then it was a "teaspoon." He felt the doctor should have done it. I think it is unacceptable that just because the pharmacist isn't happy with something, my child and I have to suffer because of it. I went to a friendly pharmacy nearby to have a new calculation done, and they were able to explain how the calculation was done and confirmed that everything was correct!

Absolutely impossible to find better. The neighborhood mascot. A warm welcome, kindness, attentive listening, and professionalism to boot, of course. I have to look for problems or excuses to go see Émilie. After 7 years, I still go without any problems or purchases. Always a ray of sunshine. This is the kind of pharmacy that should be funded by social security.

The pharmacist is incredibly kind and gentle, takes her time to explain things, and is very polite (I don't know her first name, but she's a Black woman with short hair). I highly recommend her.
