  I have to write this because other need to know. I was there in the morning of Saturday 14 June 2026. The clinic was run by one lady. This lady stung me three times (!) and it hurt. She excused herself but you do not feel well taken care of as you would expect in a medical facility. You get the impression she is washing a car rather than disinfect you. There is no washing of hands between handling documents and needles. It does not leave me reassured. It has to be said, the clinic is managed by a man too and he is doing very well, being friendly and professional when taking blood. He knows what he is doing. But if you can, avoid the lady. This lab has to get big points for being very efficient and quick in delivering correct results to the doctor. It often takes less than a day.

  Don't expect to receive the results by sms or email. You have to go there at their facilities to get the results. I did a covid test twice and both times I had to go at Synlab for the results. In simple words, Synlab administration stuff are totally unprofessional.

  Made online appointment for mandated covid 19 test after red zone travel. On a Saturday morning, there was one person ahead of me. Once my turn came, the lady behind the desk gave me paperwork to verify and complete additional information. Once i completed information, I went to a room in the back where test was done. The whole experience took about 15 minutes. From reading past reviews on Google about this location, i almost cancelled my appointment, but im glad I didn't as everything was well organized and the lady who did my paperwork even offered to speak english. Good experience. However, i read all infirmation on website prior to my appointment, so i was ready with all needed information.

  Had a blood test at Synlab Evere, but communication was difficult as neither the receptionist nor the lab assistant spoke English. The receptionist was also rude when scheduling the appointment. Disappointed with the experience and would not recommend it. Hope they can provide better language support and customer service.

  As I travel a lot, I’ve been using this lab for so many times during the pandemic, it was professional back then. Till recently I booked a PCR testing for my significant other to travel to one of the few countries that still require Covid testing before departure. IT WENT ALL WRONG, name, birthday, gender, none was the info I registered while booking. Interestingly they got the ID number right. Kinda makes me wonder did they do it on purpose just bc our appointment time was near their closing hour, which made it inconvenient for some people to flee home earlier than they should. Also, English is not a working language for them anymore. Without my elementary French, we wouldn’t understand a word from them. On the other side, fortunately they understand English, what’s frustrating is that they chose not to use the language. If you needed one PCR test for travel, just go to the airport.
