Hello, I would like to share my experience from January 19th around 8:40 am at the pharmacy located on Avenue Charles Quint. In the midst of an asthma attack, I went to this pharmacy without a prescription, but with my ID, hoping to check if one existed. Unfortunately, I was greeted in a very rude and aggressive manner. I would like to emphasize that, according to the Belgian Penal Code (Article 422bis), pharmacists have a duty to assist a person in danger during an asthma attack. I would have expected appropriate help, rather than a cold and disdainful reception. The extremely aggressive woman confirmed that she had several years of experience; I strongly advise her to consider early retirement. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

An exceptional pharmacy that truly listens to its patients (I deliberately didn't use the term "clients" because they aren't treated as such). Here, they take the time to listen, advise, and find the best and most affordable solutions. Kudos to all the staff and the pharmacist!

The best pharmacy with an excellent team, very professional and attentive! I don't live nearby, but I always come here for my medications because it's my favorite pharmacy! I give it 7 stars!

Disappointed!! The pharmacy refused to take back my unused product, which was still closed, citing COVID as the reason!!!!! Outrageous, using COVID as an excuse!!! While clothing and grocery stores are accepting returns!! Forced sale and disrespectful to customers! Even though the product was nearing its expiration date, they sold me a product that was 5 days past its expiration date!! Dishonest.

This is one of the best I've ever been to. The staff (long-standing and always the same) are incredibly professional, have excellent knowledge of medications, and their kindness and patience are exemplary! I'm very happy to have been a customer since 2016.
