Very unpleasant experience. I left and went to another nearby pharmacy where the experience and customer care was Night And Day different. By the way, I am known for my friendliness and politeness, so reciprocity wasn’t the issue. Edit: Judging from the response to my comment and another, combined with my experience in the pharmacy.... I'd say "sorry for you." I was happy to have found another pharmacy that addressed my concerns. I don't expect friendliness--although I am accustomed to that in my country, but I also don't expect downright rudeness and and general unhelpfulfulness from a pharmacy.
