PRP consultation billed at €50, blood test results received late and without explanation. Additional bill of €67.66 not disclosed. No follow-up or medical support. Very disappointed with the service.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon. I went for microneedling and everything went perfectly. The esthetician was incredibly kind, professional, and truly attentive from beginning to end. She explained each step, made me feel at ease, and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!
