This is my favorite pharmacy in the Etterbeek area! The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you leave with all your questions answered. It’s so reassuring to receive such personal and caring service every time.

Streets won't forget. When these people were asking for more than 3 euros for a single mask in the middle of a pandemic. I refused to pay, complained, and they replied it was a question of supply and demand. Bravo, well done, make it make sense. Five years since, and I remember the moment. 0 commitment to public health.

This is my go to pharmacy. They help you out and give you advice when you need. They even speak English if you need to explain yourself better. If medicine is not available they get it for you in same day if you go in the mornings. You are not treated as a number but they care and take their time with you.

I am grateful to him for his advices but overcharging by applying a 'supplément de garde' which is not even a fixed percentage of the total amount is a bit too much. Finally, I ended up paying something like 70% more for a single medicine.

What more can I say? They're really great -- and go out of their way (making custom preparations and ordering specific items -- like a wheelchair rental at 0,50€ per day!). Great customer service.
