I almost never leave reviews, but today I really had to… At 5 a.m., after several hours in the emergency room with my 8-month-old baby, I went to the 24-hour pharmacy to pick up a prescribed throat medication. Tired, worried… like all mothers in those moments. And there, instead of simply giving me the medication, the pharmacist took the time to read the prescription, to think about it, and told me, with great respect, that he wasn't comfortable giving that spray to such a young baby. Right in front of him, I took the time to call other healthcare professionals to confirm. He was incredibly patient during all those calls, never rushing me, always calm, attentive, and kind. The opinions I received confirmed his doubts and even told me that he was absolutely right and that this type of spray wasn't suitable for such a young baby. Despite everything, he remained humble, professional, kind, and in excellent spirits… even while on call at that hour. He's not just a pharmacist; he's a deeply compassionate person who prioritizes patient safety above all else. And most certainly, an exceptional man. Even though this pharmacy isn't the closest to my home, it has gained a loyal customer without hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart… unfortunately, there are far too few professionals like you these days. 🙏 I rank you number one pharmacist in Brussels! 🥰

The kindest pharmacist, truly open to your concerns. I don't live very close, but my daughter lives nearby and introduced me to this charming pharmacist who doesn't treat his customers like numbers. Amelia.
