Great place good with all parcels and mail. One thing however pls update your “summer hours” which are 9-17 in summer. Would be good to see and count with.

It used to be good. It is too busy now for them. It is getting chaotic. People not only going there for the parcels but also for using Bpost sending. Customers are getting rude with each other also, affected by the disarray in the place now. The 'woke' people are the worst. Customers are told to tell certain deliverers not to deliver to them. Should I do this? Out of my control. I am going now to another collection point. Further away but s lot less stressful.

just went today to take my colis it was super heavy and the guy was super nice and helped me. thank u for ur kind heart Mr. :)

Nice and friendly staff + really supportive approach. The changes in management are visible and they really make a difference. The team speaks at least three languages (French, English, Italian), the place is clean, well arranged and reliable. Highly recommended.
