  The staff are always friendly and helpful. I almost always find what I need there, without having to go to several pharmacies. Plus, the prices are often better than elsewhere. It's a place I can rely on.

  I am extremely disappointed by this pharmacy, which contacted my doctor without my authorization. This constitutes a violation of my privacy and professional confidentiality. It is unacceptable that a patient's fundamental rights are not respected. I strongly advise you to think twice before entrusting your prescriptions to this establishment. I confronted the pharmacy manager, who confidently asserted that the pharmacist could call my doctor without my authorization. During a second confrontation, following a legal appeal, he was visibly uncomfortable and, above all, defensive, making no attempt to defuse the situation. He half-heartedly admitted that he didn't have the right, shifting the blame onto the doctor like a child. All of this is unacceptable and constitutes a violation of patient rights and professional confidentiality. I dealt with an ambitious young employee, apparently eager to climb the corporate ladder quickly. She went upstairs for 15 minutes, making me wait a long time so she could secretly make a phone call behind my back, without my permission, using cunning and trickery to keep me waiting, as the doctor hadn't answered her call directly. It's important that she understands the psychological impact this kind of behavior can have on a patient/client, and that appearances can be deceiving. Obviously, there's nothing personal in my message, just the hope for improvement. See you soon.
