SMALL PHARMACY, SMALL STOCK. The staff is nice and helpful but the stock is pretty limited. This should not be your stop if you are looking for something urgently. Most probably they will have to order it.

Terrible. I went in for the morning-after pill. The woman stayed on the phone and, without asking me any questions or giving me any instructions, just gave me a box. Luckily, I had done my research and told her it was the wrong pill, that the expiration date for that one had passed. Then she changed the box, still without saying anything. Then she handed me the card to pay. I was shocked. I left without any further instructions. That's not how things should be done. Don't go there.

The pharmacist was unpleasant. So, I made a special trip because my foot was really hurting, and even though it wasn't urgent—something I wasn't aware of when I saw you at the counter—you could have explained politely. Secondly, it was a card issue (because there was a balance on my card), something that happens often, being a pharmacist myself. And I was going to pay in cash. In short, you could have explained clearly and politely from the start that, in your opinion, it wasn't necessary to buy it during on-call hours. And it wasn't several attempts; it was a perfectly normal 3-4 minutes. It wasn't some kind of miracle you performed. So, just unpleasant, that's all.
