Avoid this pharmacy. They changed the dosage prescribed by the doctor without any consultation, and I received advice contrary to official guidelines: I was assured that a reconstituted antibiotic "should absolutely not be refrigerated," and they wrote this clearly on the box in pen (see photo). Finally, we realized four days later that the manufacturer had written this information in bold directly on the box. It stated that it should be refrigerated immediately. And we were wondering why our daughter wasn't getting better… When I confronted them about the error, they even claimed they "never wrote that," even though the instruction was perfectly visible. This lack of professionalism, rigor, and honesty is unacceptable. Stay away!
