I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. I went in with a prescription, and the staff member barely looked at my paperwork before dismissively telling me, "I don’t have it." She didn’t even take the time to check or offer to order the medication for me. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional behavior made me feel disrespected, and I strongly suspect it was rooted in discrimination. As a customer, I expect to be treated with care and professionalism, regardless of who I am. The staff member clearly did not care about helping me, and her unwillingness to do her job properly was very disappointing. I urge management to address the lack of service and ensure their staff provides the assistance that all customers deserve. I will not be returning to this pharmacy, and I hope others are treated better than I was.

Above and beyond for customer service. The pharmacist on duty is a very considerate and remarkably attentive to her clients.
