They managed to completely mess up with my prescriptions in my ID card. Suddenly, without notifying me, I could only take the medicines I needed at their pharmacy. When I arrived to pick up my medications, they didn't have it in stock and informed me I would have to wait three months. This forced me to return to the doctor for a new prescription. I would strongly advise against using this pharmacy due to their unreliability. They wasted a lot of my time and also said false information about the medicine not being available elsewhere.

They sold me 2 vaccins while I only needed one, and were not able to tell me how much time was needed between the two doses while they could also have called my doctor to get more info. When I went back they refused to refund me and put the blame on my doctor because she accidentally prescribed 2 vaccins and I took them home because I thought pharmacists would know what they are talking about... not. If you want good service and knowledge I'd advise to go to another pharmacy.

If you offer pregnancy boxes… also have them in stock maybe? Otherwise what’s the point.
