Despite being the only pharmacy open until 7:30 PM, which I specifically went to because of a medical emergency, the pharmacy closed early at 7:20 PM. When I arrived, the pharmacist was extremely rude and made no effort to apologise or offer any assistance. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, but closing before the advertised time without notice is unacceptable, especially for a pharmacy that people may rely on in urgent situations. The dismissive attitude I encountered only made the experience worse.

Grateful the owner personally helped me even though it was almost closing time — didn't rush me at all and gave great service. Highly recommend this pharmacy for their dedication and customer care!!

Very friendly stuff all of them. I frequent this place quite often with all necessary stuff for travel and home care. They not only sell products, they recommend alternatives, ask for specific symptoms and consider early medical appointments in Belgium for vaccines for special travel destinations. Absolut recommended. Never got out without a smile. 😉
