I am very disappointed with them. The last 2 years they were giving me a Covid Vaccination and I was happy, there were a few people who spoke a bit English. But it was really difficult to get an appointment without going to the pharmacy self already by then because they as the phone often went to the voice machine but I found they had an email and settle my appointment via the email. This year I simply used the same email and send them a request, 3 days no reply, I checked google maps and apparently they removed their email from the contact list, now only the phone nr. I rang yesterday the woman did not speak English and this is Brussels center... filled with tourists... somehow I managed to explain that I need an appointment for Covid vaccination , at least I thought she got it, she somehow took my phone nr I though someone English speaking will call me back. I was waiting yesterday and today, nothing... Then later today I tried calling 3 times, it went to the voice machine. Very disappointing, why to agree to vaccinate people at all if you make it impossible to get an appointment???

Was coughing, no mask, didn't print/write down the instructions my gp gave (it's digital so I don't have them), no effort to speak any language other than French.
