The staff are always welcoming, smiling, and offer helpful advice. If medications are out of stock, they are ordered as quickly as possible, and the customer is notified by text message when they arrive. The team is very friendly, and their camaraderie is wonderful to see. Even from the outside, you don't sense any tension. Smiles beget smiles… a real pleasure! That's why I'm so fond of the Pagodes Pharmacy 😀🙏🏻

This pharmacy isn't just bad… it's a danger to your health and your time! Despite living only 40 meters away, I haven't been there in over two years because of the catastrophic service and utter negligence. On several occasions, I've gone to buy medication that wasn't available, been told to come back "tomorrow," and the next day there was another delay. I have a loyalty card and my phone number is registered with them; they promised to call me as soon as the medication arrived, but it never did. The last time, the pharmacist claimed she had called me several times and that I hadn't answered. I showed her my phone, which proved no calls came in, and yet she yelled at me and blamed me! This isn't just negligence; it's a complete disregard for patients' health and time. A warning to everyone: avoid this pharmacy if you value your health and your time!

They were incredibly attentive and helpful, even during domestic accidents when I went to them; they always knew how to advise me best or when I had doubts about certain medications!
