  I've known this pharmacy for a long time and still go there even though it's not in my town. The pharmacist and his colleagues are always helpful and offer good advice regarding your needs, taking into account the medications you already take daily.

  I dealt with two saleswomen (not pharmacists!) who were extremely unfriendly and as indifferent as robots. The medication I needed wasn't in stock and had to be ordered (OK), but when I went to pick it up the next day, these charming people had great difficulty finding it, you wait (a long time), and to top it all off, not a smile, not a thank you, not a goodbye. It's clear I'll never set foot in that dreary pharmacy again.

  I usually always receive good service; the manager is very kind. But this Saturday morning, I encountered a burly but arrogant and unpleasant man. He told me, in a loud voice, that I was repeating myself, that it was fine, no way! I've never been treated like that in all the years I've been going there!
