  I went to this pharmacy with a three days lasting headache to buy a medicine prescribed to me and was denied the service on bases of an unreasonable accusation of going with my electronic recipe to other pharmacy to buy multiple boxes of this medicine. I was treated with no respect whatsoever and instead of getting a polite explanation of a Belgium law was accused being a drug addict. I don’t know what made the worker thinking they could speak with me in such a tone. Maybe it is because I looked sick or because I am a foreigner

  I am very disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. Despite having a prescription for Dafalgan, I was told that the medication was not covered, except in cases of chronic pain, which is incorrect. After checking, I found that the prescribed Dafalgan is indeed covered under the usual terms. I therefore paid for a medication that should not have been billed to me in this way. I find this concerning, especially for patients who don't always have the means or the knowledge to verify the information. I recommend doing your research and asking for clear explanations before paying. And I hope that the relevant authorities will see this review… it's theft and it's unacceptable.
