The best pharmacie in Bruxelles. They have all you need, their personnel is very professional and give good advice and have a vast pharmacological expertise and knowledge, as well as a vast , organized, line of products.

While visiting Brussels I felt chest discomfort and stopped at Apotheek Botaniek. Bork, the new owner, went far beyond expectations—sold me a blood pressure monitor and took the time to calm me down. He speaks English, French and Dutch, which is perfect for travelers. There’s even an emergency room right across the street. Truly grateful for his help!

Terrific and helpful staff. They often carry medicines and products that are difficult to obtain in other pharmacies in Brussels. As an example, I have a facial cream I use that's through prescription early. Other pharmacies tell me it's not available and they cannot order it. But this pharmacy will always try and find a way to obtain what you're looking for, or recommend viable substitutes.

I took an allergic reaction to something when away for the weekend and I cannot fault the help from the guy who runs this place! When you have someone who goes the extra mile to help you then you know they are good at their job! Definitely recommend this place
