  Bad experience. The staff was not friendly at all. I had to come back because the box of paracetamol I was given was already open and almost empty. When I returned to exchange it, there was no apology, and the staff even questioned whether I was telling the truth. Very disappointing customer service.

  Very expensive compared to other pharmacies and i noticed this on multiple of their sevices and products ..like for example a exaggerated price to the aerosol location .. exaggeration in the price of certain medicines

  Never again!!!! Worst pharmacy ever from all the places I lived in and went to. It shouldn’t even be legal to work in healthcare and behave so condescendingly. I went there on a Saturday, and while I was talking to a male employee about a treatment, he started being aggressive toward me. I felt uncomfortable, so I politely asked him if he could lower his tone or speak more kindly, as I was simply asking a question. Instead of calming down, he became even more exaggerated in his behavior. I decided to leave, and as I was leaving (with other customers in the pharmacy who seemed as shocked as I was), he shouted and insulted me. This is completely unacceptable, especially in a pharmacy. I noticed from the comments I’m not the only one who has experienced this kind of treatment there, so I hope some steps can be taken to address this issue.

  I received my flu vaccine at the pharmacy by Sam. The process was quick and smooth, with very friendly and professional customer service! Many thanks.

  Pretty poor service. Both staff were having long personal conversations without caring about the long queue out of the door. When they finally did serve me, they were quite dismissive. They also did not offer to order in the prescription medicine that they didn't have, whereas all other pharmacies in Brussels that I've been too will always proactively offer to order what you need.
