I called for laxative medication for my dog, the 2 women laughed at me and when I asked what is so funny they hung up. A shame!

Pâquerette Pharmacy is a true pillar of our neighborhood. It's a place where you immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. The entire team demonstrates great professionalism and genuine attentiveness, always mindful of our specific needs. I sincerely thank all the staff for their interest and care in each and every one of us. A warm and personal service, a rare find these days, and one I highly recommend.

I urgently needed medication for my dog that evening; I called, explained my situation, and the woman on the phone burst out laughing with her colleague and hung up on me! It's simply shameful!!
