  After two years of treatment, I can confidently say that choosing this orthodontic practice was one of the best decisions I made.   An excellent experience with Orthodontie DIAN Brussels. The whole team is very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Appointments are efficient, well organised, and always run on time. The treatment process is very clear, with great follow-up at every stage. I’m absolutely delighted with my results! I also really appreciated how attentive the team is to important moments in their patients’ lives - from birthdays to the arrival of a new baby. It was a real pleasure to be their patient, and I recommend their services wholeheartedly.

  I have just finished my orthodontic treatment and I am very pleased with the result. I never expected that as an adult my teeth can be transformed to such extent. The treatment was well explained, every worry answered within hours. The dental monitoring software made things easy and it kept the number of appointments to the minimum, which is important when you are working. Moreover, appointments were punctual, everything worked like clockwork. Dr Dian and his team are very kind, it has always been fun to go for check-ups.

  I was an adult braces wearer. The treatment is finished now and I am very satisfied with the result. The treatment went smoothly, Dr. Dian took into consideration my worries. The office is new and super modern, everyone working there is very cordial.

  Very disappointed with this place and the orthodontist. Yes, they might be good in the actual dental care but here is my story you can read up for yourselves. For once he did not take time to communicate well with my dentist and even his own assistant. I don’t recommend this place. Save your time and look for another orthodontist. Not only he failed communicating with my dentist but also with his own assistant. Since in his file he had written that my next appointment will be in may 2022 whereas his assistant had given me an appointment in March 2022 which was right after my wisdom tooth surgery. In my third session with him he was still on the first step and talking about financials although I had clearly mentioned before (in the first session) that it was no problem whatsoever. In the third session he was even surprised to see me and he didn’t even have the curtesy to apologise for the miscommunication between him and his assistant and above all with my dentists. Thankfully, I will proceed with someone who thinks first of the patient not their pockets. I hope this review helps people like me who are in the middle of big dental plan (implants and orthodoncy ) and they don't lose a few months of their time because one person fails at his job.
