  Quick appointment = the only positive point, unfortunately. Long wait (almost an hour) despite having an appointment. I was given an envelope after the ultrasound and X-ray, to be given to the referring doctor. This contained a floppy disk with the images of the examinations performed. The disk was outdated and couldn't be read by the referring doctor. I called to receive the images in a different format. We were told they would be sent by email the same day, but after almost a month, I still haven't received anything. In conclusion, I'm disappointed with the service.

  Very disappointed. While I did get an appointment quickly, there was a delay of over an hour... and no apology from the doctor, only to end up with a five-minute consultation. It was rushed and abrupt! She wasn't listening at all, and on top of that, she wasn't wearing a mask and the COVID ventilation protocols weren't being followed. I do not recommend her! It's a shame because the office is very well located and easy to access.

  Horrible! I was supposed to have an elbow x-ray, but they took an x-ray of my shoulder instead! The woman who looks at the x-rays arrived barefoot and with her mask under her nose! She talked to me about my shoulder! I had to get the x-rays redone for my elbow, even though it was clearly written on the prescription! I had to point it out to her myself!!! Blatant incompetence and unsafe with Covid! I would have given zero stars, but that's not possible!

  Terrible experience and I won't be going back! My appointment was at 3 PM, I arrived, and they told me the doctor wasn't there! No one informed me. I had to take time off work for this appointment. Completely unprofessional.
