They don't answer the phone, I'm looking for a medicine that is out of stock and I need to know if they have it before travelling there... 1 star because if I cannot talk with them its useless to me. Also, I lost 5 min.

They've always been kind to their customers. I've been going there for 10 years, even though their factory-direct competitor is right next door on Avenue Rogier, but the welcome here is more "family-like." And the prices are very competitive. Thank you to the whole team.

Good pharmacy, super friendly staff! Really, it's just a shame that you can't get a missing medication on the same day. Some pharmacies get deliveries twice a day, in the morning and after 3 pm, and the €5 discount thanks to accumulated points is rare, only once a year, whereas before I used to get €5 discounts 3 to 4 times a year thanks to accumulated points :/ :( :( Why?
