Horrible horrible place. If there are people you get treated like a number. I went there, they didn't have the medicine and I was referred to an another pharmacy and got an address for it. When I arrived to that second pharmacy - it wasn't the right commune. I called pharmacy at Parvis if they could help me with the commune. I got an answer they I should look for the address and they didn't know more. I got the address in the first place from them. I once more asked if they could help me with commune as there were 3 same streets In Brussels. The woman raised her voice and her answer was she couldn't help me and that it was busy and she didn't have time for me. What a great way to get treated. Don't go there

Mixed reception and service. No explanation was given on how to use a new medication (I had to look it up online), the suggested change cost me four times more (what a surprise when I got home!) than what was prescribed, and the pharmacist, who wasn't very friendly, offered no communication. Remember, you're in a profession that involves people/medical care, not just selling chocolate croissants.

When you're looking for a rare medication, Multpharma offers it to you, and the prices are slightly lower than in a traditional pharmacy. Another advantage is that there are several pharmacies available nearby.
