An elderly woman made a very inappropriate remark about my father's health. Furthermore, she refused to bring us the requested medication, saying, and I quote, "We only have one left, you need three." This demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for customers!

An elderly woman made a derogatory remark to me. She showed no respect for anyone's health conditions. Does she do this to everyone or only to certain people?

A pharmacist who is available and truly attentive. She goes above and beyond to find the right medication, place orders, and try to meet my needs (and this time, there were several! 🙄). She doesn't hesitate to call me back to make sure the order is finalized. She's proactive regarding potential reimbursements, reminding me that she needs to prepare the necessary paperwork! A truly professional person.
