Very slow service the person working there chats with customers while other wait

My local pharmacy is full of awful women. It's not the first time; it's a recurring problem, but today was the last straw. Meanness, rudeness, a complete lack of humanity and respect because she had a teenager in front of her. My daughter was yelled at because the pharmacist couldn't explain that she no longer had a prescription for her medication. My daughter asked, "What should I do if it's urgent?" The pharmacist replied, "Too bad." It's an epilepsy medication (can you imagine?). I went to see the pharmacist for an explanation, and she obviously denied everything. Unfortunately, my daughter recorded the exchange. Stay away. P.S.: It's impossible to reach them by phone; it doesn't work. The woman in question is older, with gray hair, glasses, and a haughty demeanor. A complaint has been filed following this review.

The pharmacists are incredibly friendly and attentive. They give excellent advice. The service and medication ordering process is very professional. I highly recommend them 😊

I gave it one star to access the reviews, but honestly, I would have given it less than five. Rude and unpleasant, I left immediately; never again.
